Since re-opening a few weeks back after the most recent lockdown, we’ve been delighted to have customers back in the store again. It’s been wonderful seeing new faces as well as our familiar regulars. We’re looking forward to a busy summer, so let’s hope we can keep on keeping into the fall and winter!

In the meantime, we’ve been continually acquiring new stock, including this fantastic collection on vintage mid-century pulp fiction.

With their rather salacious and lurid covers and pot-boiler plots, these cheaply produced little books are quite collectible. This particular collection — apparently found in an Eastern European high school book sale — is in remarkable shape. The books appear unread and almost like new!
