Detailed scholarly analysis of the Roman military occupation of Wales. Richly illustrated throughout with numerous maps and charts, including several fold-outs, all in excellent shape. Plates at rear. Copy is in very good condition. Minimal wear to the green cloth boards. Interior is clean and unmarked with a solid, tight binding. Dust jacket is poor to fair. Some chipping and wear to the edges. Small portions of loss to the top of the spine. Rear of jacket has become detached, but all pieces are nicely held together in plastic jacket protector.
