Gorgeoous illustrated edition of the Biblical poem, the Song of Songs. Illustrated with 12 woodcuts by the celebrated Canadian artist Buller. This series of illustrations was originally published in 1931 for a French translation of the poem, an edition limited to just 80 copies. This present edition is the first to present the complete suite of Buller's masterwork to wider audience. Also features a self-portrait by the artist as well as an afterword by her son Dr. Sean B.
