Canadian Government publication of diaries kept by two Canadian airmen during the First World War. The first diary, kept by John Bernard "Don" Brophy and presented more or less completely, recounts the airman's training and experiences in the skies of the Western Front until his death in 1916. The second diary, kept by Harold Price (who survived the war) and more heavily edited by Greenhous recounts his time in Mesopotamia. Introduction is presented in both English and French; the diaries themselves are in English only. Copy is in very good condition. Minimal wear to the pictorial card wraps. Interior is clean and unmarked with a solid, square binding.
