Delightful children's book by the Swedish author and illustrator Adelborg in which lessons in hygiene take the form of a fairy tale. Copy is in very good condition. Minimal wear to the decorated grey cloth boards. Small spot of discolouration at the top of the rear board. Stamp on front end paper from the Toronto Board of Education; else interior is clean and unmarked with a solid, secure binding. Dust jacket is good with some scuffing and marks. Closed tear of approx. 3 cm to the rear of the jacket. Now wrapped in protective Brodart jacket cover. A handsome copy of a scarce text, even scarcer with an intact jacket.
