First Canadian edition of Laurence's children's novel. Copy is in very good condition. Minimal wear to the blue cloth boards. Faint scratch mark across rear board. Interior is clean and unmarked with a solid, square binding. Dust jacket is good to very good. Price clipping to front flap. Some creasing and chipping to the top and base of the spine. A couple of closed tears along the top of the jacket that have been neatly repaired with tape to the reverse. Now wrapped in protective plastic jacket cover.
