Second printing of the first Canadian edition of Emily Carr's memoir of her childhood in Victorian Victoria, British Columbia. Copy is in very good condition. Minimal wear to the decorated brown cloth boards. Interior is clean and unmarked with a solid, square binding. Dust jacket is fair to good. Wear and scuffing to the edges. A few closed tears and chips. Portion of loss to the top of the spine and little bit of loss at the base. Price clipping to front flap. Wrapped in protective plastic jacket cover. A handsome copy of an early printing of this Canadian classic.
