Antique two volume history of Ontario's Simcoe County. Volume I -- Its Public Affairs -- outlines the history of the county and its institutions while Volume II -- Pioneers -- is a record of the settlers to various parts of the county with brief sketches of their lives. Illustrated throughout with black and white photographs. Handsomely printed on thick glossy paper. Copies are in fair to good condition. Extensive wear to the burgundy cloth boards. Fraying to corners and tops and bases of the spines. Bindings still solid, but there is some cracking to the hinges. Two pages of Volume II have been repaired with tape. Else the interiors are clean and in good shape.
