From the Oxford Medieval Texts series, a handsome edition of the Itineraries by the 15th Century English antiquarian and historian William Worcestre, one of the first Early Modern historians of the Middle Ages. Translated and edited by John H. Harvey. Original Latin on verso with the Modern English translation on facing page. Fold-out map at rear. Copy is in very good condition. Absolutely minimal wear to the blue cloth boards. Interior is clean and unmarked with a solid, tight binding. Dust jacket is good to very good with only some wear and minor creasing to the edges. Now wrapped in protective Brodart jacket cover.
