Scarce 1971 Kraus reprint of Serjeantson's edition of Bokenham's 15th Century anthology of verse biographies of 13 holy maidens and women, originally published by Oxford University's Early English Text Society in 1938. Copy is in very good+ condition, verging on near fine. Absolutely minimal wear to the brown cloth boards save for minor bumping to rear bottom outside corner. Interior is clean and unmarked with a solid, tight binding.
